Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Ficcated accepts return and exchange requests within 14 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange under our standard policy, the product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging, with the original Ficcated/vendor seal completely intact and unopened.

We maintain these requirements because our products are packaged and sealed specifically for each customer. Once the seal has been opened or the product has been used, we will no longer be able to resell the item as new or guarantee that it remains in its original condition. For this reason, opened, used, damaged or unsealed products are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Returning Your Order

Customers are responsible for ensuring that eligible items are returned safely and securely in their original condition. Customers are also responsible for the cost of returning an item where applicable. If the return or exchange is required due to an error or fault on our end, Ficcated will cover the cost of the return. Any applicable return costs will be reimbursed either through your initial refund or, in the case of an exchange, alongside the fulfilment of your replacement item.

Please allow up to 15 days for any applicable refund to reach your account once the returned item has been received and processed.

Incorrect or Misdescribed Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or not as described due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographic evidence where applicable. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to reach your account after it has been processed.

Orders Lost in Transit

If your order has not been delivered and is confirmed to have been lost in transit due to a courier issue, please contact us once 28 days have passed from the date of dispatch. Once the order has been confirmed as lost and remains undelivered, Ficcated will issue a full refund for the order.
