Welcome to Ficcated. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ficcated website and your purchase of products from Ficcated. By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Ficcated
Ficcated is an online store offering faith-based products, including journals, prayer notes, prayer jars, pens, Bibles, collections, kits and other related products.
Ficcated reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue products, services or features of the website at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required by law.
2. Products & Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

3. Prices & Payments
All product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency and are subject to change.
The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout where applicable.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Ficcated uses third-party payment providers, including Shopify and other payment services made available through the checkout. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
An order is accepted once Ficcated has confirmed that the order has been accepted and is being processed for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product description error, payment has not been successfully authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Ficcated offers delivery within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the products in your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Ficcated’s control, including courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, strikes, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
For international orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Ficcated is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you receive an incorrect product or a product that is not as described due to an error on our part, please contact Ficcated as soon as possible with details of the issue and photographic evidence where applicable.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate, complete and up to date.
This includes your name, email address, billing information, shipping address and any other information required to process and deliver your order.
Ficcated is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
